Extensive experience and training have gifted me with a deep appreciation and understanding of individual and relationship issues in life. I have been richly influenced and inspired by multiple sources.

I am equally adept in using brief solution-focused approaches which are often helpful in shorter-term therapy as well as in the overall picture of longer-term therapy.

My flexible therapeutic approach is collaborative, experiential and client-focused, supporting the client’s own wisdom and with important attention given to the therapeutic relationship. I value the creation of a warm, welcoming, safe, gentle and respectful space. This offers clients the opportunity to find their own wisdom, in uncovering and discovering their own personhood and facilitating change. This safe sanctuary allows for creative personal reflection and exploration of the self through enhanced awareness.

My approach offers space and time for healing and a place for meeting challenges both in the self and in life, with heart.
